Consent comes first
Every PeachChat conversation requires respect for the other person’s boundaries. A participant can end a call or withdraw consent at any time.
Do not pressure anyone to continue a conversation, move to another service, share private information, send money, or participate in sexual or other unwanted conduct.
Protect adults and minors
PeachChat is intended for adults and may apply higher age requirements where required. Content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, solicits, grooms, or endangers a minor is prohibited.
Do not misrepresent your age or identity to bypass age, verification, moderation, or access controls.
Prohibited behavior
Do not use PeachChat to harm another person, compromise the service, or break applicable law.
- Harassment, threats, hate, coercion, stalking, blackmail, or non-consensual sexual conduct.
- Scams, impersonation, requests for passwords or verification codes, payment fraud, or deceptive promotion.
- Illegal content, graphic violence, exploitation, or private and intimate material shared without consent.
- Spam, automated activity, malicious software, security attacks, or attempts to evade enforcement.
Privacy and recording
PeachChat does not record or replay live video calls. Participants can still use external recording tools. Do not record, distribute, or threaten to distribute another person’s image, voice, or private information without their permission and a lawful basis.
Keep addresses, identification, financial details, passwords, verification codes, and other sensitive information out of view and out of chat.
Reports, blocks, and moderation
Displayed profiles are real-person verified, moderation operates 24/7, and report and block controls are available. Verification is an identity safeguard, not a guarantee of conduct.
Leave an unsafe interaction first, then use the report or block control connected to the profile or conversation. Do not prolong a harmful exchange to gather evidence.
How guidelines are enforced
Reports can be reviewed through PeachChat's 24/7 moderation process. Use the in-product report and block controls when conduct violates these Guidelines or creates a safety concern.
Do not assume that verification or moderation guarantees another participant's conduct. Leave an unsafe interaction and use the available controls as soon as it is safe to do so.
