Information connected to your use

Live video and recording
PeachChat does not record or replay live video calls. Live camera and microphone access is used to enable the conversation you choose to start.
Another participant can still capture a call with an external device, screen recorder, or other tool outside PeachChat’s control. Do not show personal, financial, identifying, or intimate information that you would not want captured.
How information is used
Information submitted in a product flow may be used to provide that requested feature, support real-person verification, operate moderation, process a report or block action, or complete an optional purchase. The notice shown in that flow provides the details that apply to the action.

Choices and controls
You can decline camera or microphone permission, leave a call, block a profile, submit a report, or stop using PeachChat. Browser and device settings provide additional controls for permissions and local site data.
Use the official support route presented in the product for a privacy request connected to your account or activity. Share only the information requested by that route and never send a password, verification code, or full payment card number.
Security and policy updates
No online service can guarantee that every transmission or account is risk-free. Protect account credentials and verification codes, and report suspicious behavior through the product controls.
