Using PeachChat
These Terms apply when you browse PeachChat, begin a guest video chat, create or use an account, purchase optional services, or otherwise use the product. Use PeachChat only if you can legally accept these Terms where you live.

- Do not interfere with security, moderation, verification, access controls, or product operation.
Live video, privacy, and permissions
PeachChat does not record or replay live video calls. Another participant may still capture the conversation with an external recording tool, so choose carefully what you show or disclose.
You control camera and microphone access through your browser or device. You may leave a conversation at any time and use report or block controls when needed.
Free access, Coins, and VIP
Available free access and any applicable Coin rate are shown before they apply. Coins and VIP are optional paid services; availability, pricing, and included functions can vary according to the offer shown in the product.
Review the price, balance impact, renewal information, and purchase terms presented before confirming a transaction. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, the terms shown at purchase, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
Moderation and product availability
Displayed profiles are real-person verified, and moderation operates 24/7. Verification does not guarantee how a person will behave. PeachChat may review reports and apply measures needed to enforce these Terms or protect the service.
Features may change, pause, or vary by account, device, browser, region, and current product rules. PeachChat does not promise uninterrupted access or a particular match, participant, or outcome.
