Before a purchase
PeachChat may offer optional Coins or VIP services. Available free access and any applicable Coin rate are shown before they apply.
Review the displayed price, currency, balance impact, renewal information, included features, and purchase terms before confirming payment. Do not complete a transaction you do not understand or authorize.
How refund requests are reviewed
A purchase is not automatically eligible for a refund. Each request is considered under the terms shown at purchase, the payment provider’s rules, applicable legal requirements, and the circumstances that can be verified.
This policy does not promise a particular outcome or processing period. Statutory rights that apply to a transaction remain unaffected.
Submit a useful request
Use the official support route available in the product or the purchase record associated with the transaction. If the payment provider requires requests through its own store or billing portal, follow that provider’s process.
- Provide the transaction ID or receipt and the purchase date.
- Identify the item, Coin package, or VIP offer involved.
- Describe the billing issue clearly and include relevant error details.
- Hide unrelated personal information and never send a password, verification code, or full payment card number.
Pending, duplicate, or unrecognized charges
A pending authorization may differ from a completed charge. Check the final status in the payment provider’s record before submitting a duplicate request.
For a duplicate or unrecognized completed charge, protect the affected payment method and contact the payment provider as appropriate. Also submit the transaction details through PeachChat’s official product support route so the issue can be reviewed.
Account and product access
A technical issue, match outcome, account restriction, unused balance, or change in product availability does not by itself establish refund eligibility. The applicable purchase terms, payment-provider rules, legal requirements, and verified circumstances determine the result.
Keep the account and purchase record available while a request is being reviewed. Do not publish receipts or transaction identifiers in a public report.
